She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Pflum and Teresa Pflum (O'Brien); her husband Henry Balik; her son Steven Balik; and her brother Jim Pflum.
She is survived by: her daughter Dina Johnson (Travis) of Hooker, OK; and her siblings, Patricia Barun, Marilyn Rider, Rosemary Hackett, Rita Schroeder and Roger Pflum. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
