He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Wilbur and Dorothy Ewan (McClelland); his former wife Kathleen Davied; and his siblings, Leroy "Bud" Ewan, Raymond Earl "Ray" Ewan, Milton Donald Ewan, Charles "Chuck" Ewan, Francis Marie Payton, Wanda Juanita Madl and Patricia Ann Moore.
He is survived by: his daughter Melinda Kay Ewan (Scott Born) of McCune, Kansas; his wife Brooke; his children, Braven (Catie), Rigby, Brahm and Ranson; and his siblings, James Leonard "Jim" Ewan (Judy) of Parsons, Kansas, William Lester "Bill" Ewan (Kathy) of Diamond Missouri, Robert "Merle" Ewan (Beth) of St. Paul, Kansas, Mary Ellen "Sally" Gress of Florence and Marilyn Irene Willis of Omaha, Nebraska. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
