He is survived by: his wife Thelma A. Barr; his children, Darrell A. Barr (Carolyn), Janette E. Bollinger (Jerry) and Kenneth E. Barr (Belinda); his granddaughter Ann; his great grandchildren, Adam, Kelsey Lee, Aleczander, Isabelle Coffman, Ruby, Elijah Barr, Reagan and Jacob Bollinger; and his parents-in-law, Elvalee Winburn (Richard), David Leonard (Sandy) and Rufus Leonard (Pat). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
