He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth Fox and Bonnie Gard Fox; his grandparents, Granville, Mary Fox, Charles and Bernice Gard; his significant other Cathie Lynn Binns; his children, Chelsea, William, Wade of Oswego, KS and Chaney Fox (Tanner Stewart) of Pittsburg, KS.; his brother Mark Fox (Betty); his nieces and nephews, Ashley and Charles Starks; his brother Kenneth Fox (Jenn); his nieces and nephews, Bryan, Sky and Rebecca; his uncle William Gard; his aunt Ramona Fox; his cousins, Kevin Fox (Joyce), Lori Brake (Tim) and Debbie Neblett (Jeff); his wife Cathie Binns Fox; his uncles, David Gard, Robert Gard and Fred Fox; and also Nancy Gard. He was also cherished by daughters, and grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be given to the Grandchildren's Educational Fund.
