He is survived by: his children, Kyle Neblett (Cortney) of McCune, Miranda Dillon (Stan) of Lenexa and Kaylena Atwood (Eric) of Fort Scott; his grandchildren, Autumn, Tymber, Skyler, Kynlee, Bailey, Braylon, Hailie, Payton and Blaze; and his siblings, Steven Neblett of Clarkston, Craig Neblett (Rocky) of Carl Junction, Keith Neblett (Melissa) of Carl Junction, Cindy White (Martin) of Scammon, Laura Kirk (Kent) of Oswego and Many.
