He is survived by: his children, Lucas Hans Jensen (Andrea Werth Jensen), Jesse Roy Jensen and Catherine Mae Jensen; his siblings, Arthur Jensen, Chris Jensen, Maren Moody and Nancy Parmer; and his grandchildren, Hailey RaeAnne Jensen and Jensen Lewis Glendening.

“With deepest sympathy to Roy's family and friends. I grew up with Roy and all his family as well. I fondly remember his big smile, his harp playing, and listening to several of his favorite country western singers, Bob Wills and Hank William's on his portable turn table.. Stretch (Roy's nickname) was always kind and showed interest about what was going on with his family and his friends. I was so sad to hear of his passing. I know his family and friends will miss him dearly, I will also.”
