She was predeceased by: her parents, Chess Irvin and Maggie Irvin (Hayes); her husband Albert L. North; her children, Paul North and Joan North; her grandson Arthur North; her great grandchild Cory Stull; and her siblings, Williard Irvin, Chester Irvin and Clara Daniel.
She is survived by: her children, Arlyn North (Jan), Daryl North, Jolene Showalter (Jesse) and Janice Basgall; and her grandchildren, Jacque Showalter Sparrow, Julie Showalter Stull (Craig), Jeffrey Showalter (Karen), Laura North Martin (Ronn), Heath North (Paula), Ted North (Shawna), Tricia North, Adam North (Jami), Travis North (Ava), Cindy North Zadina (Chris), Joshua North (Kayla), Dane Basgall (Janae) and Dylan Basgall (Rachel). She is also survived by 26 great grandchildren; and four great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers or plants, the family requests memorials to Rural Fire District #7, McCracken, Kansas.
