He was predeceased by: his father Garry Lee. He is survived by: his mother Joan Elaine Wheeler (Donovan) of Hoyt, KS; his children, Isaac Norton of Emporia, KS, Nathaniel Wheeler of Topeka, KS, Levi Wheeler of Manhattan, KS, Isabella Wheeler of Mayetta, KS and Daisy Mae Wheeler of Mayetta, KS; his granddaughter Catteleya Wheeler-Mesa of Holton, KS; and his brothers, Donald Wheeler of Hoyt, KS and Tommy Wheeler of Illinois.

Memorial contributions may be made to Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home, to help the family with Scott's final expenses.
