She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Ritchey and Florence Feik Ritchey; and her siblings, Howard, Jr. and Sally. She is survived by: her husband Charles J. Luebbe; her children, Shane Wettengel (Julie) and Erica Fuchs (Bruce) of Topeka; her siblings, Frank of Topeka, Floyd of Topeka, Linda of Topeka, Barbara of Topeka and Mary of Topeka; her grandchildren, Kyle, Emme, Shalah, Shawna and Jaylen; her great grandchildren, Clover, Archer, Adrian, Dayana and Juliana; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Kayleigh, Addyson, Justin and Jordan.
