She was predeceased by: her parents, George Afton and Beatrice Faye Couch (Cashman); her son Clint Potts; and her siblings, Diana Marie Lamb and Steven Couch.
She is survived by: her daughters, Verna Potts of Mayetta, KS and Jona Rupnicki (John, Sr.) of Mayetta, KS; her brothers, David Couch of Hawaii, Warren Couch of Missouri and Darrel Couch of Mayetta, KS; her grandchildren, Nolan, Taylor Faye, Kaylyn, Charon, Triton and Doran; and her great grandchildren, Afton, Kayson, Evolette, Serenity and Dash.
