She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Roscoe and Vivian V. Gillett (Keating); her husband Steve; and her brother Harold Gillett. She is survived by: her children, Kim Tyler (Chris) of Manhattan, KS, Scott Whiteman (Emily) of Leavenworth, KS, Daniel Whiteman (Jodie) of Mayetta, KS and Keeli Kufta (Rich) of Topeka, KS; her sister Sheilia Gillett of Atwood, KS; her brothers-in-law, Galen Whiteman of Olathe, KS and John Sanders (Donna) of Topeka, KS; and her grandchildren, Isaac, Chloe, Brock, Caleb, Zach and Ashley. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Mercer Funeral Home (1101 W 4th St, Holton, KS 66436).
