He is survived by: his wife Julie Riggles; his father Jack LeRoy Riggles (Wanda) of Topeka, KS; his sons, Joshua Paul Riggles (Nikita) of Topeka, KS and Anthony Kyle Riggles of Topeka, KS; his siblings, Kristi Gaye Miller (Clint) of Mayetta, KS, Jackie Renee Fox (Brad) of Topeka, KS, Cory Cecil Riggles (Tina) of Mayetta, KS, Craig Myron Riggles (Christine) of Topeka, KS, Lonnie Lee Riggles of Topeka, KS and Cary Ray Riggles of Lee's Summit, MO; and his grandson Clayton David Riggles. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
