He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Richard and Ader Belle Lewis (Gill); his spouse Allie May Brandon; and his son Bobby Lewis. He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Bryan of Mayetta, KS and Patsy Lundin (John) of Mayetta, KS; and his sister Stella Mae Ferris of Billings, MT. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
