He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary "Evelyn" Heath (Daily) and James E. Heath; his sister Eileen Gail Vankirk; and his stepgreat-grandson River Kane. He is survived by: his wife Janet Elaine Pugh; his son Dustin Douglas Heath (Linda) of Hermitage, TN; and his stepgrandsons, Jeff and Tony Kane. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter.
