We are sad to announce that on April 7, 2024, at the age of 80, Verne R. Cothran of Marysville, Kansas, born in Albany, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Gilmore and Willie "Marie" Gilmore (Wilson); and his sisters, Dorothy Heggen and Alta Bouscal. He is survived by: his daughter Heather Bogdan (Billy); his grandchildren, Alexander, Denton, Payton and Kara Bogdan; and his girlfriend Kandy Ingram.

A memorial fund has been established and will be designated later.
