She was predeceased by: her parents, Rachel L. Bowser (Lowe) and Ora Bowser; and her siblings, Orie Dean Bowser, Otis Alfred Bowser and Ida Mae Harms.
She is survived by: her husband Dean G. Thomas; her daughters, Crystal Davis (Chris) and Michelle Kogl of Lawrence, KS; her grandchildren, Amber McLaughlin (Trent) of Ogallah, KS, Chelsea Frerking (Bryant), Kayla Aguilar (Luis Aguilar-Rodriguez) of Vancouver, WA and Thomas Bishop of Kansas City, KS; her great grandchildren, Darren McLaughlin and Okinawa; and her grandchildren, Harley, Addilynn, Bennett and Elliott Frerking. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Jeannie's name to the American Legion Riders Post 163.
