It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Todd Alan Carter of Marysville, Kansas, born in Luverne, Minnesota, who passed away on July 17, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Eugene R. Carter; his son Adam Carter; and his brothers-in-law, Phil Wellik and Mark Baier. He is survived by: his mother Patricia M. Carter (Heick) of Emmetsburg, IA; his daughter Andrea Chapin (Eric) of Des Moines, IA; his siblings, Bruce Carter (Faith) of Clear Lake, IA, Ann Baier of Alden, IA and Jane Palmer (Brian) of Emmetsburg, IA; his grandchildren, Connor Chapin, Ethan Chapin and Chloe Chapin; and his nephews, Calvin, Chad Carter, Lucas, Jacob, Caleb Baier, Matt and Andrew Wellik.
A memorial fund has been established and will be designated later.
