It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rodney L. Meyer of Marysville, Kansas, who passed away on November 8, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Meyer and Martha Meyer (Kruse); his parents-in-law, Henry and Wilhelmina Schramm; his grandparents, Otto, Louise Meyer, Fred and Maria Kruse; his brother Paul; his siblings-in-law, Evelyn Meyer and Norbert Schramm; and his nephew Gordon Meyer.
He is survived by: his wife Leona Meyer (Schramm); his children, Bev (Jay Renfro), Julie (Neil Gates), Melissa (Jay Gilliland), Jeff (Maureen Meyer) and Dana (Brandon Weber); his grandchildren, Jack, Tommy Renfro, Nathan, Claire Gates, Emma, Sadie, Sophia Gilliland, Brody and Maeve Meyer; his sister Janice Briley (Ryan); and his siblings-in-law, Mel Schramm (Darla) and Valeda Schramm. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many great-nephews, great-nieces, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in the form of cash or check can be made to the Good Shepherd Lutheran School and the Horseshoe Farmer's Band Scholarship Fund.
