He was predeceased by: his father Delmar Wilson; his brother Delmar Wilson, Jr.; and his mother-in-law Janice Nowak. He is survived by: his mother Donna Wilson (Singleton); his wife Crystal Nowak; his sons, Matthew David Wilson of Beattie, KS and Phillip Wilson (Kelly); his grandchildren, Bowdy, Leighton and Emery Wilson; his siblings, John Wilson (Bernie), Mike Wilson, David Wilson (Kathy), Kathi Novotny (Larry) of Oketo, KS and Bill Wilson; and his parents-in-law, Jean Ann Wilson, Debbie Andersen (Steve Williams) of Manhattan, KS and John R. Nowak of Sun City, AZ. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial fund has been established to Twin Valley Developmental Services and Meadowlark Hospice.
