With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis D. Libby of Marysville, Kansas, who passed away on March 1, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Blocker and Vida Barlow Blocker; her husband Duff; her brother Gary; her sister-in-law Dora Blocker; her son-in-law Jim Borgerding; and her granddaughter Isabella Borgerding.
She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Kim Mulhern (Pat, family: Sean Mulhern, Saoirse, Selah), Mike Mulhern (Sarah), Rohan, Ashna, Ravi, Dana Holle (Cork, family: Russ Holle, Robert Holle, Emilyn, Miriam), Reese Holle, Penny Howell (Joe, family: Meredith Bergmann, Allan, Leona), Mark Howell (Gentry), Wrigley, Brecken Duff and Melissa Borgerding (family: Jim Borgerding, Jill Borgerding, Jodee Borgerding). She is also survived by her four daughters, 10 grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established to the Frankfort Community Care Home or Meadowlark Hospice.
