With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry L. Schroeder (Marysville, Kansas), born in Wakefield, Nebraska, who passed away on July 28, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard Schroeder and Helen Schroeder (Rahfaldt); his former wife Sally Lutt; and his brother Ronnie. He is survived by: his wife Vonis Behrends; his sons, Tom Schroeder and Steve Schroeder (Jennifer); his stepdaughters, Beth Gardner (Mark) of Rochester, MN, Dawn Freeman of Seattle, WA and Jill Wallert (John) of Princeton, MN; his grandchildren, Mitchell, Addie, Laken, Hunter and Kale; his great grandchild Avy; his stepgrandchildren, Samantha Kraushaar (Mike), Abby Nixt, Grace Wallert, Beau Wallert and Henrik Freeman; his stepgreat-grandson Augie Kraushaar; and his siblings, Al Schroeder (Cathy) of Allen, NE and Kay Anderson (Roger) of Sioux City, IA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to Larry and Sally Schroeder Memorial Fund, which will benefit the Frankfort schools and community.
