He was predeceased by: his parents, James Jenkins and Ethel Jenkins (Conner); his wife Betty Leupold; his children, Becky Pinkham, John and Sherri; and his siblings, Lee, Chet and Leona.

He is survived by: his son Bill Jenkins (Deneise); and his son-in-law Ted Pinkham. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
