It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Ann Lacy of Marysville, Kansas, who passed away on September 7, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Messick and Mae Messick; her husband Ken Lacy; her children, Joyce Ann McHugh and Michael Hasenkamp Sr.; and her grandson Caleb Blumer.
She is survived by: her former husband John McHugh; her son Ronald "Ron" Dean; her former husbands, Urban Hasenkamp and Paul Behrens; and her children, Ron McHugh (Denise) of Oketo, KS and Sandra Jo Blumer (Blaine Hawley) of Holton, KS. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established and will be designated later.
