He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Wiggins and Gladys Wiggins; his brother Cleve Wiggins; his sister-in-law Debbie Wiggins; and his niece Joanna Wiggins.
He is survived by: his wife Jolene Wiggins; his daughters, Janae Thomas (Zachary) and Jacey Person (Matthew); his grandchildren, Dexter Thomas and baby Person due in March; and his siblings, Steve Wiggins (Sue), Lee Wiggins (Julie), Dianne Budge (Chad) and Donna Peetz (Richard). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
