She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick A. L'Ecuyer and Mary L'Ecuyer (Kieffer); her husband Maurice Paul "Fearless" Wassenberg of Marysville; and her siblings, Jerry, James, Agnes, John, Mary and Patricia.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Gaines (Tim) of Timnath, CO and Laura O'Neil (Ron); her grandchildren, Mindy Wilson of Hays, KS, Melissa Bruna, Ben O'Neil and Robert O'Neil (Lindsey); her great grandchildren, Arthur Bruna and Claire O'Neil; and her siblings, Patrick L'Ecuyer (Betty), Richard L'Ecuyer, Martha Nutsch (Frank), Helen Linnenberger (Linus) and Robert L'Ecuyer (Alberta). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
The family requests in lieu of flowers memorials be made to St. Gregory's Catholic School.
