She was predeceased by: her former husband Allen Oltman. She is survived by: her husband Polka; her children, Valerie Oltman and Tava Sowers (David); her sisters, Connie Adee (Kent) and MaraLou Rhodes (Jeff); and her grandson Brady Allen Sowers. She is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.

Due to COVID restrictions the family will not be present.
