She was predeceased by: her sons, Harrison Otis Weber and Russel Eugene Weber; her grandfather Allen Oatney; and her brother Brady Mills. She is survived by: her parents, Tobby Oatney (Renea) and Shanna Otney (Dave Herring) of Wilmington, DE; her fiancé Larry Weber; her children, Addison and Lensey Weber; her siblings, Kendall Oatney of Iola, KS, Dakota Mills (Sierra Evans), Shaela Chartier (Travis) of Concordia, KS and Maddison Mills of Clay Center, KS; her grandparents, Larry, Maxine Plegge, Ron, Kathie Otney, Carl, Bonnie Pfizenmaier of Morganville, KS and Carolyn Gilbert; and her aunts and uncles, Brent Plegge (Julie) of Iola, KS, Kristel Dragisic (John), Moruya, Rustin Otney (Gigi) of Quincey, IL and Jenalee Hunninghake.
