He was predeceased by: his daughter Lorna Rae Rakestraw; and his brother Merle Colburn. He is survived by: his wife Reta "Diane" Colburn of Marysville; and his children, Bill Colburn (Missie) of Harvest and Cora Lee Walker (Rich) of Pueblo. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
