She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Ratzloff and Phyllis Jean Ratzloff (Decker); and her brother Gayland Ratzloff. She is survived by: her son Steven Scott (Teresa); and her brothers, Don Ratzloff of Canton, KS and James Ratzloff.
