She was predeceased by : her husband Herb; her sister Wilma Snyder; her children, Margaret Gray and Charles Lemonds, Jr.; and her granddaughter Makisha Lemonds.
She is survived by : her spouse Herbert Hammack; her children, Mary Wolff (Lemonds) of Hutchinson, KS, Agnes (Beach), Linaweaver of Zwolle, LA, Patty Hines (Gary) of Marion, OH and Donald Lemonds of Hutchinson, KS; and her siblings, Mary Walker of Marquette, KS, Leora Horner (Wayne) of Little River, KS, LaVeta Spargo of Marquette, KS, Marlene Wymore of Waco, TX, Ila Mittan (Ellis) of Benkelman, NE, Dean Snyder of White House, TX, Glenn Snyder (Lucy) of Great Bend, KS, Darrell Snyder of LaCrosse, KS, Allen Snyder of McPherson, KS and Dale Snyder (Ann) of LaCrosse, KS. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and 11 great-great grandchildren.
