She is survived by: her husband James Wesley Deckard; her sons, Michael Surface (Wendy) and Greg Surface (Victoria); her stepsons, Jeremy Deckard (Amy) and Chad Deckard (Tere); her nephew Brandon Watkins; and her sister Linda Bowen. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
