She was predeceased by : her parents, Virgil Watkins and Charlotte Watkins; her former life partner Bradley Lowell Surface; her brother Jim Watkins; and her nephew Jeremy Watkins.
She is survived by : her husband James Wesley Deckard; her sons, Michael Surface (Wendy) and Greg Surface (Victoria); her stepsons, Jeremy Deckard (Amy) and Chad Deckard (Tere); her nephew Brandon Watkins; and her sister Linda Bowen. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
