He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Clouatre and Joyce Clouatre (Gee); his children, Robert Clouatre (Kandice) of Shelton, Washington, LeAnna Parnham and Toni Nemeyer; his siblings, James Clouatre, Joe Clouatre and Roberta Wann (Jim); and his daughter Brandie. He was also cherished by other relatives and friends.
