Mary Katherine Messamore Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 10, 2023, at the age of 75, Mary Katherine Messamore (Marion, Kansas), born in Colby, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joan Rose Messamore (Renner) and Kenneth W. Messamore; and her grandparents, James Robert, Genevieve Messamore, Peter and Emma Anna Renner.

She is survived by: her siblings, Ken (Diane), Beth (Jack Leatherman), Jane David, Janet Messamore, Bill (Debbie) and Margie Bartlett Springfield (Jay); her daughter Katie Rahe (Rob); and her grandchildren, Shayla, Justin (Jaden) and Jarred. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins.

Memorial contributions in Mary's name may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the Cancer Center of Kansas.
