With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilyn Joyce Koehler of Marion, Kansas, born in Plano, Iowa, who passed away on March 20, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Joiner and Cloe Joiner; and her siblings, Roscoe, Richard, Royce, Carol and Pauline.
She is survived by: her husband David; her grandsons, Erik (Claudia) and Tyler Brinegar (Katrina); her friends, Matt, Connor, Kaelyn Thierolf, Jason (Alana), Andrew, Stephanie Chau, Lindsey, Joshua and Joel Koehler; her great grandchildren, Callum, Rowan Brinegar, Robin, Graham Brinegar, Aubrey and Chloe Chau; and her children, Darrell Koehler (Cindy), Duane Koehler (Deanna), Deanna Thierolf (Grant) and Norman Chau (Gail).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Fairview Church of the Brethren, Holt International, or Indian Hills Community College Foundation scholarship fund.
