He was predeceased by: his brothers, Weldon and James. He is survived by: his wife Linda Meier of Marion; his children, Jon Meier (Jill) of Hillsboro, James Meier (Andrea) of Benton and Lesa Jost of Spivey, Kansas; and his brother Owen Meier of McPherson. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
