He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Johnston and Mildred Johnston (Osbun); and his siblings, Marie, Vera, Linda, Shirley, Harold, Larry, Wayne and Leslie.
He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Troy (Lynnea) and Dannette (William Jackson); his grandchildren, Aaron (Brooke), Danica (Jake), Cory, Sierra and Bryson; his great grandchildren, Landon, Daxton, Tessa, Audra, Gracylynn, Rose and Araya; and his sisters, Wanda Waring (Dewayne) and Barbara Craney.
Memorial contributions in Dale's name may be directed to Valley United Methodist Church or St. Luke Auxiliary.
