He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim "Tom" and Norma Cleta Kannady (Carpenter); and his sister Cynthia Kannady. He is survived by: his wife Linda Gayle Fransham; his sons, Dirk (Tonya Kannady), Eric (Lindsay Kannady) and Dax (Emily Kannady); his siblings, Jimmy Kannady of Valley Center and Teresa Kannady of Benton, Kansas; and his grandchildren, Rylie, Avery and Gage Kannady.
