She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Anderson and Verda Lucille Kirk Woodward; and her siblings, Laverna Parkins of Liberal, Bernice Helwig of Hooker, Esther Smith of Hooker, Rodney Sandmeier of Marienthal, Diane Ells of Wagoner, Uryeal, Lisa Woodward of South Carolina and Ronald Woodward of Wagoner.
She is survived by: her children, Jodi Chaffin of Elkhart and Jason Woodward of Hendersonville; her great grandchild Numerous; and also, Donnie Chaffin of Elkhart and Gina Woodward of Hendersonville. She is also survived by Numerous Nieces & Nephews.
