He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Dorothy "Jean" Kipp-Biel; his sons, Cameron and Aaron Biel of Pleasanton, CA; his stepdaughter Andrea Petit; his parents, Eugene Biel and Billie Biel; his siblings, Geri Appel of Wichita, KS, Jeannine Ross, Rebecca Carter and Paul Biel (Anita); his siblings-in-law, Carol Biel of Wichita, KS and Mark Swift of Ferandino Beach, FL.; his siblings, Dale Biel and Tina Swift; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Lerman. He was also cherished by three grandchildren.
