He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Richard and Iryllis Dee Gronquist Puff; his brother David Puff; and his brothers-in-law, Dennis Schimmel and Doug Menke.
He is survived by: his children, Chad James Puff (Lyndsay) of Fisher, IN, Brandi Marie Hurla (Myron) of Maple Hill, Shannon Joyce Kent (Brandon) of Maple Hill and Kelli Suzanne Parnell of Maple Hill; his siblings, Richard Puff (Penny), Jon Puff (Debbie) and Alice Schimmel; his sister-in-law Ruth Ann Puff; his grandchildren, Desiree Worrel (Todd), Mason (Triston Hurla), Wyatt (Isabella Puff), Fischer (Maize Kent), Kennedy and Karlie (Kallie Parnell); and his great grandchildren, Tripp, Trakk Worrel and Talon Hurla.
