He is survived by: his parents, Walter Rhea and Gertrude Rhea; his daughters, Sharon Shaw and Elizabeth Cooper; and his siblings, Austin Rhea, Toni Britenfeld and Sherri Douglas. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren.
