He was predeceased by: his parents, William Zade and Ethel Zade (Plank); and his brother Earl Zade. He is survived by: his wife Betty June Long of Belleville; his sons, Dewaine Zade (Mechele) of Hastings, NE and Dan Zade (Brittany); his grandchildren, Emma, Elizabeth and William; his daughter Susan Zade of Wichita, KS; and his grandchildren, Christina, Tyler and Phillip. He is also survived by friends, beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
