He was predeceased by: his son Patrick Carter Brown. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Brown of Mankato, Kansas; his sons, Chad Brown of Mankato and Scott Brown (Rashele) of Marysville, Kansas; his grandchildren, Kenley Holle, Drew Brown and Lincoln Brown; and his sister Judy Cluett (Dean) of Nova Scotia, Canada. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
