With solemn reverence, we commemorate John L. Bingham of Mankato, Kansas, born in Belleville, Kansas, whose life came to an end on November 6, 2024 at the age of 85, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, John shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid John farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert S. Bingham and Olive E. Bingham (Kelly); and his son Daniel Hesket. He is survived by: his wife Judy Bingham of Mankato, Kansas; his daughters, Debbie Carl (Dan) of North Platte, NE, Diane Sanpaka of Kiowa and Sharon Sahlfeld of Beloit, Kansas; and his daughter-in-law Vallie Hesket. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bachelor-Surber Funeral Home (1322 19th St, Belleville, KS 66935). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at the Belleville Cemetery (1670 Nickel Rd, Belleville, KS 66935).
Memorials are suggested to the Mankato Volunteer Fire Dept. or Jewell County EMS. MEMORIALS ARE SUGGESTED TO THE MANKATO VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT OR JEWELL COUNTY EMS AND MAY BE LEFT AT THE FUNERAL HOME.
