She was predeceased by: her parents, Vera McDonnel (Mendenhall) and Jacob McDonnel; her husband Homer L. Grubbs; her sister Beth Jeffery; and her brother-in-law Lyle Jeffery of Burr Oak.
She is survived by: her brother James McDonnel of Boston; her nieces, Beverly Frost (Dwight) of Esbon and Debby Platt (Mike) of Derby; and her nephew Gale Jeffery (Kathleen) of Burr Oak.
