He is survived by: his wife Pam; his siblings, Patti Carlton (Bob) of Excelsior, MO, Linda Antos (Chris) of Olathe, KS and David Crawford (Mary) of Independence, MO.; his children, Natalie Elliston and Neal Crawford; and his stepchildren, Heather Thomas, Sean Wolfe, Tanner Royster and Behren Royster. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
