He was predeceased by: his father James Leonard Altman. He is survived by: his mother Linda Altman (Nance) of Virginia; his wife Gloria Jean Eichberger; his children, Kayla Altman of Virginia and William Henry Altman, Jr.; and his stepchildren, Joy Lara of Manhattan, Jessika Larsen of Blain County, ID, Jennifer Eichberger of Alabama and Jereym Parker of Carbon Hill, AL. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren and several siblings.
