William Frakes Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Frakes of Manhattan, Kansas, who passed away on September 7, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Frakes and Mary Frakes; his sister Mary Lou Belz; his brothers-in-law, Robert Horn and Chuck Lowry; his niece Barbie Belz Ishmael; and his great-nephew John Ishmael.
He is survived by: his friend Bill; his daughters, Stacey Alicia Frakes of Manhattan and Shan George (Ken) of Midland; his grandchildren, Alexandria Berch (Jack), Columbus, McKenzie George Columbus (Sam Lemieux), Johnathan Thomas George (J. T.) and Grayson Ryan Hayter of Manhattan; and his sisters, Tudy Horn of Seneca, Linda Frakes of Kansas City and Pat Lowry of Wichita.
