He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie Inez (Wallace) and William Solon Greer. He is survived by: his wife Nancy E. Smyser Greer; his children, Katherine Greer and Mark Greer; his stepdaughter Thersa Gober (Mike) of Manhattan; his sister Jackie Lou Kangas (David) of Gwinn, MI; and his nieces and nephews, Kelly N. Meneely, Kim Kangas and Craig A. Kangas. He is also survived by 7 step-grandchildren.
