He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter C. Hoffman Sr. and Minnie E. Hoffman (Tice); his wife Twila J. Kittle; his siblings, Carol Stalcup, William Hoffman and Keith Hoffman; his children, Steven Hoffman (Ercilia) of Tracy, Brenda Clark (Kirk) of Stow and Eric Hoffman (Alicia) of Camarillo, California; and his brother Robert Hoffman of Hoover, Alabama. He was also cherished by his eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the First United Methodist Church.
